I give Chris & Lori my highest recommendation. My top requirements in any business transaction is honesty, frankness and performance. My wife and I have bought and sold a number of houses and by far this was the best experience we have had. Chris & Lori set proper expectations, and followed through on everything. They were honest about things that should be done in order to make the house show better. We didn’t always agree, but at least got an honest opinion. They were frank about market conditions and timing. We were really happy how they kept the transaction on track, and dealing with the small glitches along the way.
